Processing Times

All orders are hand‑poured, packed, and prepared with care.

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
  • During high‑volume periods (seasonal launches, holidays, restocks), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delays or mishandling are outside our control.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve it.
