Fresh orchid, aloe and water lily open the story here, cool and almost clinical, like stepping into a greenhouse that's been sealed shut for too long. Beneath that, a damp earthy forest moss spreads slowly across every surface, warmed by citrus mint rosemary and a trace of patchouli. Worth knowing before it's lit: this isn't the fungal horror scent the name promises. It leans spa green and herbal, closer to a rain soaked conservatory reclaimed by moss than the outbreak itself, which makes it a fascinating, if unexpected, entry in the collection.

Care Instructions
The key to maximizing your experience with this candle is to ensure the wick is trimmed to 1/4” above the candle surface before burning. This will ensure an even burn across the whole candle and the longest possible life span. A larger flame will burn at a higher temperature and cause the wax to melt quickly and unevenly.
Limit candle burning to four hours or less and burn on a flat surface away from children, pets or flammable materials.

I got the Cordyceps candle for my now ex-boyfriend for Christmas, because he loves the Last of Us game- but he was a jerk so we ended breaking up before Christmas- and before I could give him any of the several gifts I got him.
I was going to return the candle since I don’t play that video game, but then I smelled it and it smelled SOOOO GOOD. So I kept it, and I’m so glad I did.

Disappointing experience unfortunately. Never received the item, twice
i gave this as a gift to a friend and she’s been raving about it. she loves the scent and said she can actually smell it burning throughout her apartment, unlike other candles that don’t really emit a noticeable fragrance unless you leave and come back.
